today I got my Tarantula PRO (Orange) printer. I checked it for the manual but this is missing, hence I checked the included SD card but this is not readable neither with Windows nor with MacOS.
And in addition the Printer Bed (aluminium one) has a scratch...
May someone from Homers can help me with that, please?
