We added the FAQ and Knowledge-Base to our Site

Regarding the Customers Support topic  ,Our company keeps on improving the customers support system, We've added the FAQ and Knowledge-Base on our site. It will help customers find the solution to their problem in 3d printing . 

How to find your 3d printer solution quickly, when you have an issue ?

1 - Go to the products page and click the FAQ in the Description section. For example : CLICK HERE

2 - Type-in your ' Keywords' of your issue, then it will show the solution we have in the Knowledge database. 

3 - When you can't find the correct solution from our Knowledge database, please contact our Online Live Chat Customer Support Department, we will report the customer's question and will update it in 72 hrs .
