Hydra 3D Printer Testing Details :

1-Tested the aluminum framing for sturdy construction and overall strengthPassed
2-Tested X axis carriage for the ability to support CNC parts, both weight and stability - Passed 

3-Tested Leadscrew and Z Axis Carriage with coupler alignment - Passed

4-Tested X ,Y axis belts design for easy adjustment - Passed

5-Tested the Heated bed with Glass holes and printing size enough or not - Passed

6-Tested custom-designed X-carriage modular tool changer system - Passed

7-Tested Z axis carriage cover for proper fit - Passed

8-Tested BMG Extruder + V6 filament running - Passed 

9-Tested AC heated bed operation for time to 110°C (under 75 secs) and safety functions - Passed

10-Tested thermistors and heater's accuracy while printing - Passed

    Learn from the mistakes of others, don’t make the same mistakes.
    1- FFC Connector with lock on Xcarriage board.
    2- Arm on Extruder > Aluminium & not plastik
    3 – Cable on bed, put good quality
    4 – No ultrabase ,put magnetic sheet with PEI
    and it will be perfect !

    Let’s see it printing, lasering and making something in wood. Although I would be concerned with wood dust causing a file.

    @JOSEPH VONDOHLEN , the auto leveling we used the 3dtouch , If customers want to use the ATB sensor , they just directly remove the 3dtocuh and connect the ATB sensor in , it will work .

    Is there a plan to have auto bed leveling included or at least have an upgrade? Maybe you can include an induction probe or BLTouch for leveling?
